This book explores the essential yet often marginalized perspectives of faculty from Black ethnic backgrounds within the field of English for Academic Purposes (EAP) in Western higher education. It examines experiences, challenges, and contributions, highlighting their pivotal role in discussions and implementations of genuine inclusivity and equity in EAP, as well as Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) policies at universities.
