This research project explores how the way we speak, especially our accents, can influence our experiences and opportunities at work. The study is led by Dr Gisela Tomé Lourido, Prof Julia Snell, and Niamh Mullen at the University of Leeds. The first stage involves gathering data through a short anonymous survey.
