New Book Publication

Clare Wright, Linguistics (LCS), has had a book accepted for publication by the prestigious Cambridge University Press Series in Applied Linguistics, expected out in 2020.
The volume, entitled: Second Language Fluency – From Research to Practice, is co-authored with Parvaneh Tavakoli of University of Reading. It offers a comprehensive perspective on L2 speech fluency, making cutting-edge research and methods approachable and useful in practice.
The CUP series editors welcome the volume, saying “There is a wealth of material in the book, and a strong argument running through it”.
The book is unique in presenting research on fluency in a way that is accessible and relevant to early-stage and experienced researchers, and also to professionals and practitioners.
